Save Recipe File panel

This panel provides several buttons that let you save recipes to different kinds of files.

Recipe button: Saves the current recipe (combination of Shaper panel and Cards panel) to a file with an extension of .bcoarecipe.

Smorgasbord button: Saves the contents of the recipe collection, which could be one or more recipes. to a file with an extension of .bcoasmorgasbord.

Cookbook button: Presents a folder chooser dialog; then, when the user selects a folder, uses all .bcoarecipe files from that folder and any subfolders to create a web page with links to all recipes.
