Greetings, loyal readers.
Well, here we are six months into the life of this blog. In that time, I have posted new sets of deals just about every day. I have no subscribers but I do see an occasional non-zero view count that tells me that someone is looking in (or else the view-counter is broken). I hope someone has found my deals useful.
After Sunday, April 3, 2022, I am ending the daily posts of 32 deals. I am going to focus my efforts on improving my bridge deal-generating program, especially the part that analyzes the deal and produces a computer-generated auction. Once I think the program is sufficiently advanced and useful, I will resume posting deals and analysis. However, rather than quantity I will focus on quality and more interesting analysis.
In case you haven’t noticed, in addition to the main deal section, this blog has two other sections, one where I write about bridge computation and another where I post my writings about bridge. I will post in those sections whenever I have something to share. That will not be on any particular schedule.
If you need a bridge deal or any number of bridge deals, you have several options. One is to go back over my half year of posts and see if any of the old sets of deals suit your needs. I do not plan to ever delete old posts or the associated deal files. Another option is to read the Computation Corner posts of this blog and then try to use my program to generate your own deals; the program offers many nice customization features. Or, if you prefer, drop me a message via this blog and I will be happy to provide you with your very own made-to-order set of deals in PBN and LIN formats.
See you later!
Chris
